|Ordering: On our Meal Plan selection and order page, you first select your dietary preference (there three options including Wholesome Paleo Style, Vegan/Vegetarian, and Low FODMAPS). |

Once you’ve selected your dietary preference, click the order button. Then you will be able to select from easy drop-down options to choose:

2. Clear Fridge

Tuesday is delivery day!
You will need to pack your meals into your fridge (below 5 degrees) and your freezer as soon as you can to keep them fresh. It’s a good idea to prepare by clearing some space in your fridge or freezer before hand. There will be a meal plan insert with your food. Freeze meals in dark blue to keep them fresh for when you are ready to eat them.) It is best to follow the day by day guide as to when to eat your meals.

The best part about healthy meals to your doors is that the hard work has been done for you. Now all you need to do is “serve and eat” or “heat and eat”. Some of the meals like certain breakfast or salads are ready to eat straight away. Some of the meals may require heating. There will be instructions for you on the label. Most people like to use a microwave because it is quick and easy, but you can also heat your meals in a pot on the stove top or empty them into an oven proof dish and heat them in the oven, whatever is your preference.
