Please cancel by the Thursday before your next delivery to avoid fees.

A daily meal plan would typically provide 1600 nutrient dense calories a day.  If you wanted to top this up you could add extra sides or snacks to your meal. Lunch is usually around 300-400 calories and dinners around 400-550 calories, snacks around 100-150 calories each.  All meals have nutritional panels so you can keep track of what you are eating.

Healthy Balance; Vegetarian; Vegan; Upgraded Paleo; Special Diets

Do you eat a bit of everything?  You might choose the Healthy Balance Menu.  Do you eat fish but you don’t eat meat, you might choose the Pescatarian menu.  Do you prefer to avoid gluten?  You might choose the Gluten Free option.  Do you prefer to avoid dairy, you would choose the Dairy Free option. If you eat dairy free and gluten free you could select: Upgraded Paleo. If you are vegan you would select the Vegan Harvest Menu and if you are vegetarian who eats eggs and dairy you would choose the vegetarian option. If you have any other specific dietary needs please contact us and we can see if we can accommodate you? If you have special dietary requirements, we can usually tailor a plan to suit you.  Please select “Special Diet” when you order and we will contact you to arrange that. Meal plans are on a four week rotation so you won’t be eating the same thing each

week. Here are some example meal plans:

Healthy Balance 5 Day Family or Couple Dinner Only Package.

Pescatarian: 5 Day Lunch, Dinner and Snacks Package.

Upgraded Paleo Example: 5 Day Dinner Only for One.

If you have special dietary requirements, we can usually tailor a plan to suit you. Please select “Special Diet” when you order and we will contact you to arrange that. (A small fee applies for this service as we have a nutritionist who works with you to personalize your plan).

While we can provide meals from recipes without specific ingredients, because we prepare all our meals in the same kitchen and we cannot guarantee that any meals are completely free from traces of allergen foods. If you are very sensitive to certain ingredients, please don’t take the risk.
