For those wanting to achieve up to 1200 calories a day, select a plan that includes 1-2 of our meals a day, and then add your own breakfast or one of our breakfast smoothies. Select a 10 or 14 meal plan (320g)
For those wanting to achieve up to 1500 calories a day, have your own breakfast and then 2-3 of our meals a day, select a 10 or 14 meal plan (320g)
For those wanting a muscle building, sustaining, or tone up plan or who are exercising frequently, aim for a plan that is higher than 1500 calories a day, choose a 14 meal plan.
